Upon our assessment various defects, damages & faulty repair methods were noticed over the full roof span. Should these defects, damages & faulty repair methods not be attended to, further damages may occur.

Tests are carried out with the following sophisticated equipment to determine the source of damages:
- Moist Meter MM-360
- Metal & Current Detectors
- Remote endoscope camera
- Thermal imaging camera
- Surveillance drone, etc.
Damages, Defects & Faults Noted:
- Broken roof tiles causing water penetration points
- Extremely high concentration of algae
- Porous tiles due to thermal shock & algae penetration
- Overhanging brush
- Unsealed exposed timber
- Brittle, cracking & disintegrating Ridge/hip Caulking
- Narrowing & blocking of Valleys
- Brittle Caulking
- Lack of/Faulty/Deteriorated Acrylic Waterproofing
- Water penetration at chimney parapets
Solution:
- Remove & Replace Broken Tiles
- High Pressure wash with Laser© Cleaner +- 200 bar
- Prepare & coat the roof surface with a suitable roof acrylic airless spray method
- Implement brush control
- Treat timber with 2 coats of Carbolineum
- Remove Ridge/Hip lines, install new DPC underlay & re-caulk with added latex for adhesion and flexibility properties
- Cut open & Caulk valleys with 32.5 N & P7J latex additive
- Prep & patch where necessary
- Strip / Apply 5 Layer F 835 on ridge lines
- Seal walls with P8J Elast-o-crete
